My buddy runs one for cutting firewood.  Great saw and very dependable.  I have a 353 Husky that I use to keep a Hardy outside wood furnace fed.  I like his 55 a bit better.  Had some trouble with my 353 running lean.  Still use a an 1972 Stihl 030 for much of my firewood work.

Bought  me one a few months ago.  Last one in the store.  I like it a ton better than the ole homelite xl12 that I retired and that's a fact.  I am really pleased with the way it cuts 'wood'.......

Oh, and it doesn't do too bad quartering up a beef either!!!!    ;D
Old Age and Treachery will outperform Youth and Inexperence. The thing is, getting older is starting to be painful.

I've yet to buy a new new saw, looking forward to the feeling. Congrats on scoring a solid, proven saw!
