Help me ID this tree please

Hi all. Just bought some land in SE Michigan and have a ton of these trees on the property. Not sure what they are. Bark is light gray and seemingly smooth. Attached are photos of the leaves.

Also, some of the more mature trees have this vine (first pic) climbing them. Thought poison ivy, but not leaves of 3. Any ideas?

Yes to Virginia creeper. Great fall color and nice addition to the woods. Looks like white ash to me but not definitive on my part. Appears to be opposite branching. You can do a search on the different ash buds and see what matches up. They're distinctive.

Bark is smoother than I am used to seeing but sure does look like ash.
