Must be something worth watching on the tube or you would have never seen the previews on the tube. I have not even seen any previews.
Oh my, you will see previews between news segments, but you are right, that ain't worth watching either. :)
It looks interesting right now.
It's too early for me to start choosing, but the show went well. Sometimes simple mistakes cost contestants a shot at the game.
Darnell showed how to lose the game in 5 seconds.
Volunteered without letting the team know he was just a life guard. Kept others from saying what they could do.
He thought he could do it rather than know he could do it. Gets a lot of us in trouble.
Guess he has never watched anyone jump in the water with a mask.
One of the other five watching could have shouted hold on to your mask.
Panicked when he went underwater and lost his mask.
I am surprised the first vote wasn't unanimous.
100% sure it cost the team a win.
Going to have to be a few episodes before I find someone to root for or against.
The brain girl that had the panic attack really came through in the challenge and won the day for her team. What a turnaround.
I felt for the girl with the worm in the ear. What are some techniques that would solve her problem? Do worms want to crawl uphill? Instinct is to hold ear down to let the critter fall out.
Having a live insect in your ear is HORRIBLE. I one time had a tiny bee fly into my motorcycle helmet as I was going down the roadside on a quad. It went right around and into my ear. It stung me and then went deep into the canal and proceeded to do laps. I was at the cabin. I tried everything. I eventually put alcohol then peroxide in my ear to kill the bee, but had to go to the hospital to get it out due to the swelling caused from the sting and trying to extract the insect. I could feel for her big time and had tears in my eyes. If you aint never been there, it is simply as stated. Horrible.
I couldn't believe the wimps being wimpy and not wanting to touch it and help her, but that could have been some editing. ::)
I thought that I would have tried to put water in it to flush it out. Seems there is an ocean out there to give it a try.
You get salt water in your ears when you swim in the ocean. That would have been my first try. Pickle that worm.
Somehow we missed the opener. I've been avoiding all commercials and missed any promotion of the show.
Since the Title changes each show the dvr didn't pick it up. I'll have to watch it online later.
In an interview with Jeff Probst, "We will not help any player in a way that gives them any kind of an unfair advantage ... if they (medical) can get the worm out easily to go ahead and do it. Fortunately, that little sucker came out on its own and of course ... we got the shot!"
We got to watch it yesterday On Demand. I'm pulling for the girl wit worms coming out of her ear. :o
That's one tough cookie who sorta looks like Susan Sarandon.
There's lot of people on there who are selected to annoy. :D
I was surprised that she was booted off but again her mouth was probably her worst enemy.
Old saying "Loose lips sink ships".
Old rock and roll hit "You talk to Much"
That worm must have got in her brain.
That was no surprise tonight as they posture themselves into groups that they believe will survive. The idol situations are always amusing, especially with next week's teaser.
I was hoping the doc got kicked. Both are jerks but she was cute. ;)
Obviously the show underestimated the difficulty and intensity of the reward challenge which was unfortunate. The results of the tribal was a foregone conclusion. Weakness can not survive. :-\
Didn't surprise us! :)
No way should they have let them compete in that challenge in that heat. Irresponsible on the part of the producers. They have to be smarter than that.
I lost a little bit of respect for Jeff Probst on this one. He was in there interviewing to the medics in a "The show must go on" mode. If this was truly a heat stroked situation, he should have kept his ass out of the way until they knew the victim was stable.
I may have misheard those exchanges between alicia and her 3 team mates but I think she got wronged by the pack mentality and hope the 3 of them crash, burn and get voted off asap. mr nba and his little sidekick need a lesson on being a team.
I don't think last night was survivor's finest hour.
RB,
I agree. Those two guys on Alecia's team, the Brawn team, are Jerks.
The guy that hid da bags did a good job hiding da bags.
I'm thinking this would have been a great pigroast game. ;D

:D :D :D Them wheels are turning.
The guy that hid da bags might be available for that. :D
Do dat mean dat after everyone else passes out ah gets da prize?? ??? 8)
How about using sawdust instead of sand? Afterward, spread the sawdust in the yard for mulch. I could "dig" it. Kids like to dig, could we let our kids be our surrogate? Bury numbered tags. Jeff's fiendish mind could make it real interesting.
More than likely, if I was ever to do a game like this, It would be only the "ski-ball" at the end. I never try to do something that discriminates physically against anyone in attendance. Many times I come up with ideas, then toss them by either testing it with my local Guinea pig testers, or imagining someone else doing it.
Two of the treee people who collapsed appeared to be the ones who were the most physically fit.
I bet Survivor wishes they could have a do over on that challenge.
They need to be more like me. Plenty of built in food energy and fluid reserves. :)
Got Broccoli Brussels Sprouts?? ???
I have no favorites so tonight's show was entertaining.
Should have got rid of the fbi agent. He is worthless in challenges.
I was a little late getting home last night and only saw the drama and vote. Pat recorded it, but I may not take the time to watch.
MM, you might enjoy watching Scot hit the basket. They won by a free throw.
And you see that Peter does not know how to play with boxes.
It's all part of surviving, but I hate to see any contestant have to leave because of medical issues. I don't have a particular "favorite" but I do have a couple of "un-favorites".
He could have left the Idol by the log he was sitting on for his alliance but I guess he wanted a souvenir.
Yup his decision, and in all fairness I agree with his decision. Let them fend for themselves. :snowball:
QuoteHe could have left the Idol by the log.
Under the rules, an idol is personal property and cannot be used if found by another. When a survivor leaves the game, the idol leaves with him. He would have to give it another person for it to still be in the game. Neil's quote on Twitter:
Quotewhen somebody tells you they'd slit your throat the night before you're less likely to give her the family jewels
I have no idea where this series is going. smiley_dizzy The contestants might not either. smiley_book2_page
If you want to get voted off, play like arrogant Nick did. How not to play the social game.

I'm with you on that. I have no favorite and no ideas
Another episode with some twists and individual immunity is vital. There is much going on that we do not see.
The two Brawn dudes are despicable.
They made it interesting at Tribal. Pretty clever how they came up with the idol pitch. It threw everybody off and worked.
The tribe should take away something the despicable dudes need to get the axe and machete back. :D
I liked their pick for Jury Duty! ;D
Now that is a very nice way of putting it. I concur. :D
When Julie won immunity it was like kicking an ant hill. Sure messed things up.
The worm turns.
Just proves you are only safe with a necklace or until Jeff reads the vote tally.
Who is next to feel the knife in the back?
That was the best blindside I've ever seen!!!
Going to get a bit toasty for tai now that nba's little buddy will be gunning for him.
Hopefully he can keep his extra vote to himself.
Tai has no social game and is at the mercy of the group. I seriously doubt that I will be pulling for whoever wins this series.
I still have a couple of enemies, but I'm not really pulling for anyone. I will be watching next week though.
I would really like to see big-hearted TAI win, but who knows how things will go!
No Tai for me. He's switched sides and double talked more than a lawyer politician.
I think Aubrey has played the best game.
I would vote for Aubrey, too.
I'm still rooting for Jenn
I have actually enjoyed watching and wondering what Tai would do next. Maybe because they seemingly have featured him more than the rest.
