ANY ONE HAVE TROUBLE SETTING BLADES WITH THIS UNIT??????

Lose the all caps, please. It looks like you're yelling.

I don't have that model of machine, but on my setter you have to have the blade height adjusted correctly for the setting anvils to contact the blade in the correct place.
