3 phase generator

Can anyone tell me what size generator it would take to start and run a 25 hp 3 phase motor on a TH mill? Thanks  Steve

we have a 35kw genny running in the mill and it will start (just)  the # 2 bench, i has 3 motors, a 35hp motor (26kw) 7hp motor (5kw) and 5hp motor (3.5kw) all start at once)

i would want a 35kw if i was using a 25hp (22kw) motor all day running a mill.
