molasses syrup ?

The wife & I was talking this morning about GOOD molasses syrup,They use to be alot made around here ,But not any more.Once a place made it called Sand Mountain syrup .Seen it all over the country,Not any more.The older people retired or died off & the land it was on was beside of a main Highway was sold off.
 Just one of them things that is getting to be a thing of the past, :'(,
I've alway love the syrup,But don't have a clue where to get any now,Atleast the good kind.
I'm not wild about the ribbon cane ,But now I'd be happy to get it digin_2,Anyone know where to get any ?

My great grandfather and grandpa used to make it until they both passed.  I have sense moved out of the mountains and am stuck in the big city now (2 more years).  Here is where I order mine from.  Great folks and great syrup.

Thank you for posting this. I grew up eating sorghum syrup , my grandpa wanted pure sorghum, he did not like syrup made with ribbon cane.
