stihl MS650 actining funny will not start after shutting off

Hello friend I have stihl ms 650 and it is giving me  hard time.  When I want to start the machine I do  all the procedure in starting  chainsaw machine. Press  decompression valve  and keep pulling the rope until starts I keep it running for 3 minutes after 3 minutes I shut it down then I try to started will not start  it becomes very hard to pull the rope then I take the plug out  and pull the rope several times to make sure not flooded.
             Dose anybody run into this problem before please tell me so I can solve this problem
