echo cs 680 walbro hda 271 carb

Hey everyone I'm new to this site and I've got 2 saws currently hopefully getting another one in a few days, here's my problem I have a walbro hda 271 and I can't remember how it goes back together if anyone can help me that'd be great thank you for your time

That carb really is way too small for a 67cc saw, and likely partially responsible for the sluggish performanse of that saw model.  ;)

Well, I don't know of any other saws that large, that has a 15 mm carb - mostly it is 17.5 mm. If that is enough, the porting of the cylinder likely is very restrictive, or the muffler, or both...

The 81cc 8000 come with a 15.88mm carb ;)  Plus 2 others that were older and 16mm  :P

 Echo knows what there're  doing based on vids  of them cutting against Stihl and Huskys best saws.  A smaller carb will have more velocity .  Steve

Hey-

Study the walbro service manuals available online and the parts lists will help. Also youtube has thousands of videos that will guide you to do this right. Get a carb rebuild kit first, good luck.
