My daughter is going to have my grandbaby number 5 in May. Her first child. She has requested a windsor type seat rocking chair. This is beyond my scope so I will put a post in the wanted section but wanted to give the woodworkers here a heads up that I'm looking for one.  :)
'98 LT40HDD/Lombardini, Case 580L, Cat D4C, JD 3032 tractor, JD 5410 tractor, Husky 346, 372 and 562XP's. Stihl MS180 and MS361, 1998 and 2006 3/4 Ton 5.9 Cummins 4x4's, 1989 Dodge D100 w/ 318, and a 1966 Chevy C60 w/ dump bed.

   Good luck. I don't know the difference in a Windsor or other style rocking chair. When our daughter was in labor with our grandson on our way down to Charlotte NC we realized she did not have a rocker so we stopped at a Cracker Barrel and got her one there and it has worked well for her. They even had a non-slip cushion to fit the back and seat.

Lucky that grand baby has a Grand Father like you. They both will enjoy it.
