You will be passing me soon Stan! Go go go!

Last week I lost a half lb. This week a little less than a half. Im hanging right around 203 to 205 range, with the weekly average trend still down slightly. I'd be just fine to live from 203 to say 210.

Weirdness I tell ya...
This morning I awoke from a dream where I had stepped on the scales, looked at my weight, then looked up at myself in the bathroom mirror, where promptly my reflection went "poof!" leaving me looking at a puff of smoke in the mirror.

I got up, went in and stepped on the scales. I weighed 200.1 lbs. I promptly stepped off and went and ate a big 2 egg and ham and cheese and jalapeno breakfast wrap. :)

WOW!  I better get moving.  I think as long as you do not linger on the scale, you will not vaporize, but this is new territory.  :D :D :D  Hope it was a more normal dream and you continue to improve!

I just looked at my weight log, ive been averaging 202.4 for 30 days, and 205 for 3 months. Im at 204 today.  Ive had some set backs in staying busy due to some unforseen health issues I've been trying to address. My bp however is doing great without medication.  Yesterday it was 116 over 67.

great job.  you may need to eat more salt to get your blood pressure up!   :)  .  I remain stuck at about 180.  not due to any lack of inspiration from you Jeff.  I would recommend anyone that is reading and wanting the same (or some portion of) success in weight loss, get on board.  Lots of support and guys with first hand experience and success.   8) 8) 8)
