Leeks/Ramps are up

Went and dug up a small batch last weekend.

Just wanted enough to make a couple of sammiches!

They were very tasty.

Sometime during next week I'll go and dig some for canning!

They're coming up here as well. I like the leaves this time of year, I like to dig a couple up later in the year after the leaves are gone and just the flower stalk is left. I dug some up a few years ago and transplanted into my back yard, I'm leaving them be for awhile hoping they expand into a bigger patch.
