Gotta Tree in my Log

I was looking at the end of my White Oak log from yesterday and discovered:


A tree inside of the butt log.  The bark is clearly visible around it's right side.  I am sure that the White Oak tree "overgrew" the sapling when this property was still a wooded area before homes were built.  (The metal is in the edge of the picture on the far right.)
