All truth passes through three stages:
   First, it is ridiculed;
Second, it is violently opposed; and
Third, it is accepted as self-evident.

Glad ya noticed Harold!

Yes, we do have a cool new sponsor. Aeroswint of Utica, Kansas!  Please, if you have not seen the thread where this new trailer unloading concept was first shown to us, click on the sponsors link and check them out. Forestry Forum member Janel can answer any questions you might have. I first saw these at logging congress and thought right away that they have great potential in the Forest Products industry.

Thanks Aeroswint!  And Thanks Janel! Welcome to another fine Forestry Forum Sponsor. We do appreciate your support!

That's a pretty slick system, does it unload everything in the trailer???
Out here as in just down the road from me the B-trains drive on a ramp that gets tilted towards the sky and sawdust falls out the back. Pretty cool to watch but I always wonder about how many guys forget about the coffee that's sitting on the dash???

Janel

Biz it unloads everything in less than 10 sec
..no ramp...no unhookin from truck....just simple...it unloads..
think we have the b-train ready.....dual side chuters.....makes me think of John Wayne........and ps....will send you the cap for the coffee......winks

Janel I'm kinda dumb here but how does it dump all of it out??? Like I mean is the trailer right empty ::) Does the floor of the trailer move or tilt as the truck is moving or something like that??? I watched the vid and that's one cool way of unloading 8)
Also where is this system used, like who do you market your product to.

Got the cap for the coffee now can I have a cap from your company??? :).

   Steve

Janel

makes a fresh pot of coffee......lets brew....
once you begin to move forward.....ingage the pto.......poofffffffff........there you have the unload......wood chips unload faster than most so best be movin forward.......no tilt........bottom doors open....begin the unload .top door release......then wellllll ya seen it
Its used for most.....silage......corn.....woodchips....and all that stuff.....what amazed me most about it was..how fast it unloaded the chips........dang I thought corn was good....but chip...it better be on the move.,,,,today I told my boss ,.,,,ahem think about this........we can make em bigger......but weight and cap ....key.......and it dumps   chips so dang fast.........well lets change the angle.....bigger cap..less angle....same speed......next one out is my idea

DanG, you should sell them to the government. They could fill them with tax dollars. Ah, never mind, your trailer might be fast, but they can dump them tax dollars faster already. ;D
You have an awesom product there and welcome to the forum.
