hello all, was wondering if anyone knows the proper adjustment of the "adjuster bolt " on the inside of this winch. It is about 2-3 inches long with a jam nut on it. thank you.

i just titen the ajuster till it is snug dont no if it is right or not never had any truble i have 3 19 119 119

 I do The same as Coxy,never had a problem with the secondary band.It's hard to get the primary set tho.I use a hacksaw blade to set it.

Brake adjustment.  To adjust, pressurize brake cylinder for free spool and turn setscrew clockwise until it contacts lever block. Return the control valve to neutral then add half a turn to setscrew. Hold setscrew and tighten jamnut.
