Old Nick is heading up the Texas coast, with heavy rain fall and the potential of flooding.  As of now, 10:30 pm, my part of Texas should get a pass, but South Louisiana is getting it as a tropical storm/depression tomorrow evening at the earliest.  Louisiana will not have a break with more flooding.  Sorry, Louisiana, not our call.
