 I have been looking at firewood processors , different brands Etc . what I would expect to be the best and the prices that go with them etc. Well I came across the CRD metal works or metal fab . Its an easy search, and its MA . seems nice ,and also affordable. Please give me some feed back if you have seen them in operation , or have checked the site . Give me your opinion .

Dont have this brand have another, this  band looks ok, but the circle saw one would need to  cut a lot wood to pay for it, the JR seems like a good one to  start with, look well built, and at least u can do 2 things at one time. cut and split,

I was wondering what the pro's and con's were for processing with a circular saw ,IE no bar oil .

no bar oil, not as much sharping,  but a LOT more horsepower to run it, more fuel  more money in the processor
