If you get this message coming to the website. DO IT!  :)    I'm working on something that is pretty cool. At least I think it is.

Look for an icon some where on the top of the page. It may move around until I get a good place for it.   You can look at the alert settings under your profile/profile info/alerts

If you have any trouble with the display of the alerts,  you will need to delete your cache. There is no reson to delete cookies, only the temp internet files.  Some browsers do NOT want to play nice and load the new .css  file that tells stuff how to look. In order to get the new one, you might have to delete the old one.

It works just fine in Mozilla but in Chrome the display won't show right, just comes up as typing over typing.  I did clear the cache out, no difference, except now my wife has all my money....

This is what i did.

I cleaned cache and deleted the history.

Then I deleted ALL SAVED associations with the FF and started over.

I typed in the www.forestryforum.com and logged in.

I then re-entered this address as my homepage as before and everything works great.

My computer is a Mac.

I did it all and it worked for me. I'm gonna leave mine alone.  smiley_curtain_peek

But it does read forestry forum.com when I saved everything.

No www. associated with any of my saved "stuff" now.

Oh yea, I forgot, I idiot proofed it.  :D  There is a file called .htaccess that I edited that forces the address to change.  :)

I clicked yes to the notifications, and so far, see nothing.

I do not see where to click yes or no, but I assume you are talking about the little triangle at the top left side of my screen. I can click on it and it puts a list down the left side of my screen, very little of which I can read as it is superimposed on what is already there.

This option does not send anything to my email does it??
What is it that this option actually does??
