I ate them yesterday morning with no ill effects.

Was enjoying such an event this morning, but now have stomach cramps, diarrhea and general malais along with an excruciating migraine, measles, mumps and several orthopedic problems.
Not sure if I will be able to watch college hoops this afternoon.

There is hope for Pete.  He even ate the boiled peanuts.

We buy peanut hay in lieu of Alfalfa, usually a good bunch of raw peanuts in every bale, makes for a good snack while feeding the herd.

Once the raw ones dry in the bale, they are excellent.

Sixacres, Maybe try some Scrapple? (from the Philadelphia area) or a grinder (submarine sandwich which is New England fare.
