I have a 36THD25 with 25 inch band wheels, my old mill is 20 inch so I'm wondering what size belts would fit the 25 inch wheel without guessing, its 5/8 wide I'm sure. Thanks

Use a sharp chisel and cut belt, remove, then measure, you may come close...

A Gates B-77 will fit with just a bit of slack. A B-76 will also fit but can be a real pain to get on. Tighter fit when it's on though.

I use B-76 on my timberharvester.  I take the wheels off so it is easier to install the tight bands.  (I said "easier."  I did not say easy.)  it is a real pain to get the tight bands on the wheel but once on no chips can get behind the v-belt and they last a long time.

When I worked at Grizzly tools I made a tire changer to put the
belts on. I use parts from a metel bender to fab it.
One week I needed to change 150 belts.

I was hopeing to find a picture of it.
All I can find is the handle of it sticking out from under
my work bench.

I have used all kinds of belt brands and find NAPA The most consistant on size....  When your putting them on...the last little bit will be tuff...  It helps to put a little grease on the back side of the Belt to slide on easier.

My LT70 wheels arte a tad smaller. I use B72's. They are miserable till I set them on the dash of my pick up with the deforoster blowing hot air on them. They are easy when really warm,,,

If you soak in warm to hot water they will
Stretch much easier.
