That I found buried deep in the freezer.
I don't know if it was this past pig roast or the year before.
It don't matter, times are tough and Jill and Hunter are gonna eat it! :D :D

First ya put the pork in the dutch oven

Then ya make it jerk with this here marinade

Then ya cook it for 5 hours at 200°.
Serve it up with red beans and rice, salad and some fresh bread digin_2 digin_2

Wow that looks good Steve! I love meat cooked in the dutch oven. They are like the original crock pots...........only better!

The last thing I found buried deep in the freezer was a beef tongue from 2007.

We had take out that night. :D
