This from a trail camera I have set up to watch my tractor when its parked at the river farm. Central Kentucky.



 
That is a 5ft bush-hog for a size reference.

Could be a young Caracal. Folks get them as pets then they begin to eat too much so they get the goldfish treatment.

Only know about them because one showed up here one day. It chose poorly when it went after the hens with my wife standing there. She doesn't mess around when it comes to the birds.

I learned about Caracals and Savannah Cats today. I have a full grown female bobcat mounted on my wall. The kitty in the picture is just as large if not larger but I agree its some sort of domestic cross.
