It snowed some today!

  A little snow storm came around today and droped four inches so far of very heavy snow. This kind of snow sticks to trees and limbs are weighted down something awfull. I will guess I will need to wear my hoody tomorow so as not to get my neck and back full of snow....

   

 

  Coming back from the barn this afternoon I took this pic, it was 4:15hrs, thats about when the power went out, we are running the generator at te moment I write this...



 

   Both mutts where with me, Charlie ( the female to the left) and Balou, Charlie has the face expression that sayes it all... OK, lets go to the house, enough of this snow, Balou .. typical male lab mix.. OK wheres the stick, wheres da stick.. snowball?  anuthing.. come on .. lets go!

We got some snow here today too, Marcel.

Around 4:00pm it started snowing heavy while we were gathering sap and we got 4 inches of snow in less than 3 hours.

Wet and heavy, White Birches bent to the ground!

Still snowing quite heavy here, so you probably have more snow coming!

Wet snow,not good. I went out about 8 to shovel for the dogs. around the corner of the house no snow,it blew away. The snow has some weight but the ground was bare at the corner.
