Stacy asked if I could do something for supper and surprise Joe for his Birthday if they came down.  Sure.  :) you Betcha Stacy... ;D

Ive ate out probably 10 times with Joe and he always orders a mushroom swiss burger and fries. Every time. So that is what I made. I made him a card too. :)

Tammy made the bun.

That's a good looking burger!  Makes me wish I was eating that for dinner over the can of chili on the stove, lol

   I'm still waiting to see how long before the new semi-fast food chain "Jeff's burgers and fries" start springing up all over the country. 

The menu will be simple: 

A Joe Burger meal 
made with 4 lbs of fresh ground beef topped with 3/4 lb of sauteed mushrooms and 10 oz of swiss cheese 
two lbs of thick cut steak fries made from whole Idaho spuds 
a 2 liter Pepsi to wash it all down 
(Note: Diet Pepsi is available for those of you who may be counting your calories :D)
