Sawdust/Chip Blower MAKE OFFER
« on: January 18, 2012, 03:08:23 PM »
I really hate to take this thing to the scrap yard...so if you think you can use it AND get it picked up shortly make me an offer.  I am in the process of moving and that will require getting rid of some things.  I have sold off a few 'projects'...things I never had time to get done.  Also some surplus equipment like this chip blower.  I got this for the shop but never got it hooked up.  It turns freely and the blades don't appear to be worn out.  The tag info:  Buffalo Manufacture   Size- 17   Type  OW.  It has an 8" inlet and a 6" x 7" outlet.  Two big pillow block bearings 3 groove pulley 5.25" dia.  to center of pully 14" high.  There is also about 12 ft of 8" pipe from when I had another blower in the shop.  I've looked around and not sure about price - so I'm going to put it at $300 and will listen to reason....if I'm way too high let me know (and if I'm way too low somebody let me know!)  Located in South Alabama. Give me a call before 8:30pm central please   334 222 1528    Thanks

No motor, would require about a 10hp to drive it, maybe a 5 would work.

I'm about 2 hrs from Mobile...back over in the center of the state near the Fla state line.  If you'll click on my name on the left top of the ad it will take you to a page with a map that is pinpointed with my location.
