Well I knew I would have to do some favor for the missus if I bought a mill :D
She wants me to build a 30x90 greenhouse for her.  If I am going to use my soon to be learned sawyer skills the frame will be wood and not aluminum.  She wants the covering to be corregated plastic.  I thought I would start my research on the best type of wood to use with this august group :P
What do you all think?  Locust?  Cypress?  Willow? ? ? ?

If you can get Cypress, I'd pick it hands down.  Stick with the heart wood, it will hold up in the humidity of a greenhouse.
