Buy trailer, sell mill, get newmill????????

I have a hudson oscar 30  16 hp. Its in great shape. I have to move my operations. (Wife sent me papers) I am thinking it might make sense to make my mill portable . I have access to free wood. Cherry, walnut alot. apple. I would like to be able to still collect nice wood for my retirement. Shop plus free wood means money for making stuff. My mill is worth about 5gs with blades. Atrailer for my mill might be 2000. Whats your take?? Sell the mill add money get used. Sell mill get girl friend?  Keep mill ad trailer. Check out my pics. mill plus applewood

Having been through this several times.....(3 ex-wives)...I would.....
A.) wait till all the paperwork is done and signed
B.) Sell current mill
C.) Buy new portable mill
D.) Buy new skid steer or other loader
E.) Buy new truck to haul mill and loader
F.) Buy new chain saw
G.) Start a sawing business
H.) Make sure ex wife and ex wife's lawyer know you have mounds of bills to pay
I.) Make sure ex wife knows that you traded your old mill and her for a life that is much better than the one she dragged 
    you through
J.) Now find girlfriend with lots of money or land with trees  8)  8)  8)
