   Boy that does look good! If any trout left over I'd take it off the bones and add mayo and pickles and a little diced onion and make salad out of it (like making a tuna salad or lobster roll) and serve on a soft roll. digin_2

We are doing the LOX and bagel type thing tonight with the smoked trout leftovers. I think I'm headed back up north in a few days to try my luck again on the trout. We polished off all the pork today, it was like spicy bacon- something different.
