I was cutting firewood in the bush the other day with my sister in law. she pointed out a maple tree that had broken off. she wanted it for firewood. so later on that day I dropped it down. I looked at the stump and saw the spalting and shower her and told her it was not firewood any more. I finally got around to saw it up today. its a beautiful piece of wood. I slab it it into 1 inch and 2 inch. not sure if i'll sell it or kept it yet

Good call right there, is it pretty solid yet?
only have a few chain saws I'm not suppose to use, but will at times, one dog Dolly, pretty good dog, just not sure what for yet,  working on getting the gardening back in order, and kinda thinking on maybe a small bbq bizz,  thinking about it,

I'd say you hit the timing just right in time,, good size boards there.

I'd say that's a very nice find. How wide did they turn out to be?
Thanks, Robert
