Title: Chili Cheeze and Rice
Post by: sawbob011 on April 25, 2010, 10:00:25 AM
A favorite when the money gets tight in my house. Its easy to make, cheep, makes a good bit, and is tastey too. You need 2 cans of chili, two cups uncooked rice, and 2 cups cheeze. Add or subtract any of these as you like there is really no right or wrong way to make it. Cook the rice and mix it with the chili in a big pot. Heat it up and add the cheeze (shredded is best) and mix until melted. There you have it. Eat it rolled in tortillas, as a chip dip, on its own, or pour in a bakeing pan and top with cornbread mix and bake to make a sort of casserole dish.
