Dynahoe 160 help

I just bought a dynahoe 160. Starts runs good works good, does have a few leaks but nothing major. 353 Detroit, I'm thinking it's a 1968-72. Has the round fenders in it. The serial is 20901. No letters in front or behind. My question is, the gear shift In The floor has no diagram, nothing showing or saying what gear each position is. There is a sticker on the dash that u can see but can't read the numbers at all

I had a newer 160.  It had a Borg Warner tranny like a truck.  1st was left and up.  2nd down and left.  3rd up and right and 4th down and right.

NY and PA had a lot of those, i think they were ground zero for distribution.  i knew a junk vendor trying to sell 7 of them out of NY years ago.
