Posting Pages of a PDF

Is it possible to post pages of a PDF that is now online but may be removed in the future? I know you could just copy and paste text, but drawings and diagrams are another problem.

The obvious reason for posting the page rather than posting a link is that at some future time it will not be available.

Generally I prefer you don't.... but we sometimes do. you can always attach it to your post with the attachment facility under Additional Options..., then it will always be here, but then you need to be sure of copyrights if you do.

The feds seem to be the worst about linking to as every new bureaucrat wants to change their website, resulting in broken links.

Why not just convert it to a jpg format and use it in paint?  That way you can add what you want to the image.

Or just take a screen shot of the page(s) and post them as pictures.
