Going Rate?

Can anyone tell me what the going rate is for Walnut?  I have been asked to quote on some timber for sale and although I dont normally buy standing trees I might in this case.

The trees are 20-30 tall and 18-24" diameter.

Any input would be appreciated.

Hey Kirk did you check out the link to the price list for your area I posted on your other thread??...though not exact it gives a good base price to work off of........
