I had my mill go down last night at the fair and will troubleshoot it today but I am trying to get a head start before I go to it.
The accuset got an error and when I went to Diagnostics it showed the battery voltage as zero then went to 10 Volts as I watched. THe Controller voltage was 13.5. The battery is fully charged and the mill started OK. the Hydraulics have also gone wonkie not wanting to work all the time. I am headed back to the Fair 38 miles away and will get on the phone with WM, but my question is when the Accuset is showing voltage what is it looking at? Voltage to the accuset, Voltage to the machine?

One of the other symptoms is the Drive seems to stall out.

I believe it is the voltage going to the h bridge, if the battery is full, it could be a loose connection or,,,hate to say,
only have a few chain saws I'm not suppose to use, but will at times, one dog Dolly, pretty good dog, just not sure what for yet,  working on getting the gardening back in order, and kinda thinking on maybe a small bbq bizz,  thinking about it,

Got with WM and talked to them before I drove out to the mill. The key was that the Mill head and drive still worked. That means that the line to the Accuset of a ground. We had suffered from a deluge of rain before so I went after the ground and found that the grounds had white corrosion a little. The problem was that the machine was working OK at that time. I put everything back together and started it to have a constant ERROR. Went beck to the drawing board talked to RON at WM and he basically said it is the line. I traced it from one end to the other and then noticed that when I cleaned the ground a Den Plug on top of the H bridge had fallen off. THe problem was a loose plug and it finally fell off. Put it back on and all is well.
Thank you Woodmizer for the best customer service that I have every seen. This is a high compliment for me since my other hat is a consultant.
