Starting my new saw shed (I know another one)

I am tired of the great out doors. The sun heat snow rain.
I started the slab for a 30x40 shop last week I already had a 11x 55ft slab I pored from left overs from jobs last year.
One more pore on Monday I will have the 30x40 section done.
I will cut 6x6s next week and get them treated and set before winter.
This project will take some time doing out of pocket.

My question for all of you that have done that. what would you different.  for work flow, design I am looking for Ideas.
I am including a pencil sketch I am not good enough on the computer to do some kind of drawing on it.
