Books on grading lumber?

Are there any good books on grading logs and lumber available? I haven't spent alot of time looking, but would think there would be some out there. I am planning to find a short course as time permits, but a good book would be handy to start with.

For hardwood grade rules, try the NHLA:

Rule book is $7.  They also have videos, but they are pricey.
Never under estimate the power of stupid people in large groups.
