Title: Cutting Wood
Post by: luvmexfood on January 03, 2018, 10:49:47 PM
Heard this little tale on the radio today and thought it amusing so thought I would pass it on.
The Indians in a village asked their Chief if it was going to be a bad winter. He said yes and they should cut wood. He then went in and called the weather service if it was going to be a bad winter and they said yes. A couple of days later he told the villagers that it was going to be a really bad winter and they should cut more wood. He the went back in and called the weather service if it was going to be a bad winter and they said yes so after a couple of days he told his villagers that it was going to be a real bad winter so they must cut wood like crazy. Get every scrap they could. Next day he called the weather service and again asked them if it was going to be a bad winter and once again they replied yes. This time he asked them how they knew. Their reply was "because the Indians are cutting wood like crazy". :D
