Ms 201c defective valve jet?

Saw is from 2011. Bought used, looks like it has few hours on it based on how it looks. But it doest run right i think. From idle it has slow response, something aint right. Carb is gone trough a cople of times and the last time i looked at the checkvalves. And the hspeed valve looks wrong. It looks like a normal jet and i can see through it. The valve cant be bought. And from what i can see a complete s188 carb is not available from stihl anymoore either. So what to doo. Can some other valve jet work? Can a carb from 2013 fit? mtronic is from 2014?

The one you have marked couldnt be the jetvalve (in brass for all carbs that I have seen)
I one I have marked could be it.
Or look through the barrel, the jet valve sticks out a little bit

Yes the brass in the centre is a checkvalve, and its working. But isnt there 2? One for lowspeed and highspeed?
