Lets be in Prayer for one another affected by the coronavirus.  There are people who are sick, in isolation, experiencing shortage of goods, had to change travel plans, out of work, cancelled Church and many other inconveniences.

Brought my wife home yesterday from the hospital. YAY!!! Phenomenal progress on her recovery, as many are in the hospital for months after a transplant. Worst part now is me playing nurse and cook 24/7 for the next several weeks. Hopefully we both survive! Thanks for all the thoughts and prayers.
Great news.  We will continue to pray for all.  I have a buddy that had a transplant about 25 years ago.  He has a new bride and new child.  He has done very well.  The next door neighbor to my parents was one of the earlier heart transplant patients in this country.  Kept him kicking for an extra 30 years or so.

My family could use your prayers. My Father in Law, Mr. Billy, has been sick for the last few weeks.  They finally did a CT scan and found a mass on his pancreas and lesions on his liver.  His enzymes are out of whack.  It is probably cancer and things are shutting down.  Please pray for his comfort.

Thanks for the prayers.  They have him on pain meds and he has eaten a little the last couple of days so he is feeling better.  He made a bunch of calls to folks today.  We hope to get him home and settled in a couple of days.  He seems to be at peace.

They scoped him today and found the tumor is blocking his bile duct.  They are going to put in some type of drain, saying that would make him more comfortable.  He ate a 1/4 chicken, fruit, and rolls for supper.  Good to see him able to eat.  There are some pretty good folks at this hospital.  The staff has been doing a great job of keeping him comfortable and he seems to be feeling much better.

I am sure he knows his situation.  With him at peace, that has to provide some comfort to you and your family.

Mr. Billy has my prayers as well.  Glad he can eat and is in comfort and God bless all our health care workers.

Mr. Billy made it home today.  He was a little beat after the two hour ride strapped to a gurney, but mustered his sarcastic attitude as he settled in at home.  He is on Hospice care and his two daughters are both nurses so things will be ok.  Thanks for your prayers.

Mr. Bill slipped away about 4:00 this afternoon.  The last couple of days were pretty tough, but he is at peace now.  Godspeed Mr. Bill.

Glad your father in law is no longer uncomfortable and is at peace.  I hope the family can be together to grieve and support one another.

No request for miracle, as nobody gets out of their journey alive.
My Dad, who just turned 80 in March was diagnosed with stage 4 rectal cancer back in the beginning of February 2020.

Fought it valiantly through out COVID19, made it to 3 more grand children graduating High School, a new great granddaughter being born, and one more grandson engagement.

16 months of surgery, chemo, and radiation treatments, he has stopped as no further progress was being made and was steadily getting weaker.. -now will be having in-home hospice until the end.

Cap (Ray):

I was his best man in his 2nd marriage and he was my best man for my wedding.

Nothing left to do, but spend as much time as I can with him for the little time left here, with what energy he can muster up for when I or my brother and sister visit.

Wishing for comfort for my best friend, mentor, and dad..
