Title: Great tool to clean Heat Exchangers on Central Boiler
Post by: Bob Lentz on March 13, 2015, 05:44:11 PM
Guys, i modified a Scuffle Hoe. Just cut the two clamps that hold the stirrup at an agle so you can separate the stirrup from the clamps. Next, remove the clamps from the pole. Now drill a hole in the middle of the stirrup and re-attach it to the end of the wood pole using  a large lag bolt.   Now the tool will fit in between the HEXs and you can scrape them clean.
