I have posted a video earlier milling this kind of log. I need to know what kind of tree is this.

I can't say I've ever been to Qatar, and it's hard to get a clear picture of the fruit from your footage.
But in some frames your fruit looks like the species Conocarpus lancifolius, apparently known as "damas".

same chalky, greyish look.
