Far as I'm concerned, there's no wild game tastier than the Roughed Grouse!

I save the legs and thighs too, surprising how much meat there is, and most people throw it away!

I usually fry it in butter, on medium heat!

I'll have to get one of those air fryers someday!

Got water, need a wash board for them socks. Or soak'm in a dish pan and slap'm on a good rock. Tell Tammy or a hunting buddy to stand well back.........while slapping the rock......with a sock. :D

Nice bird, I do where 2 pairs of socks year round. Thin pair, saves on blisters and Calais.
