Braden M2-144 winch hydraulic?

Looking for some advice on this matter,  bought a winch found out that it's a 30:1 ratio I will be mounting it on a 38hp kubota  10.1gpm total flow planning on running with hydraulic pump to power it what kind of pump will I be looking to get and sprocket sizes are giving me some trouble too ..... currently on the worm gear Its a 6ish" sprocket... thanks a million(also I've read almost all articles about this topic but wanted to share my own)
