Hahaha like clockwork! Here it woke me up it came down so hard. I also had a black bear visitor I had to go outside and chase off, it was trying to get into my shed in which I keep a couple garbage bags of trash at any given time.

What we did get wasn't much so far here, 1/10" maybe. Might get some heavier rain tonight off and on they said. Was a cool day and wet bushes, but I did cut 2 acres of plantation today. Husq FX555 broke down again, so had to pull out the old Stihl to finish up. ;) Shop gave me a 545 on loan for tomorrow. smiley_thumbsup

high 100 today, 104 predicted the next 2 days.  good work by the pool weather.  I start 8 nights x 12 hours in a row tonight.  will barely notice the heat unless my AC quits, or my grass dies.

Dang thats a lot of heat! The hottest Ive ever been in is 122 in the summer Arizona heat. And there were Mexicans out working in that, Im about useless past 80-85 in hard physical labour. I guess you just grow accustomed to it living in heat your whole life. I spent 2 years there but I never got used to the heat, although at least not humid heat like Florida.

60's here the last two days, 50's at night. Cool unsettled weather with showers. Lots of flies in that weather. :D

No sign of that kind of triple digit heat or even 90's for us thank goodness. ;D

Was clear this morning then the clouds moved in before noon and just that sprinkly stuff falling, no actual rain. Haven't had a real rain in 2 weeks. Been terrible dry air, not even humid.

At 4:00 yesterday we hit 80F, but only 35% RH. Today some showers. Rain gauge says 3/10" rain this week. More showers to come today and tomorrow. Cool weather, 60's. :)

Got to 70F on the porch with some sun shinning, but that is spawning thunderstorms here for tonight. Rumblings all around here now. Some spots in Maine are getting 60 mph wind and hail that can damage car paint. :-\

Things changed after the sun went down. Cleared, moon was out. 58F on the porch this morning, never checked the rain gauge yet, but don't expect that there is more than 1/2" for the whole week.

Temps have been good here too. 75ish. Breeze, partly cloudy, no high UV. Pretty good for working outdoors. The bugs dont let up but Ive accepted if Im going outside at all I need a bug net/jacket. Between the no see ums, black flies, skeeters, and deer flies its impossible not to. Dang bloody suckers

Flies has been very well behaved here. So far. Had them a few weeks back, but really none since. I am out first thing in the morning and after dark too and everything in between. They will come.  :(
