Its all about how big you want.  all are measured in MM   
The small ones start around 15000, I think that was a 250 .  They get expensive fast!
You can put just about any end effector on them within reason for weight.

Programming isnt too bad
Im goin to school for robotics :)

I use to play with them things at work,Fanuc we had the most and one Motorman. I see the Fanucs on GM commericals.
