Need help with a jd 440 aux output shaft seal

I recently bought a jd 440a that had been setting for many yrs 10+. I rebulit the engine and everything to do with the steering. Put a new clutch in it and a few other seals in the trans out put shafts. Im tired of taking the engine out of this thing so im going to replace so.e other seals while its out this time. I found the aux output shaft to be leaking so thats why the engine is out again. To replace this seal i have to remove the throw out bearing carrier from the clutch housing case and i cant get it to come free from the case any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance
