I'm interested to hear from someone who has been using the Timberking 1220.  The good points and the bad that you have found.  We will be getting a small mill next month and this one seems to be good but how do you know without trying it out.  The Lumbermate 2000 also looks to be good.  And I'm sure there are others.

Mapletree i got my 1220 last november. so far it has been a great saw. me and my dad have cut lots of pine and oak without any problems. i liked the fact that i can cut 12' boards right out of the box without more track.

no problems with the saw and the timberking people have been great. i'd have to say i'm red all the way. blade changes are easy and lube system works well also. the bigest log we have cut is 23" so far but we have made some very good looking beams out of some very ruff pine.

there are a few more timberking people on the form so i hope they will check in.
