Kiln Fans question

Hi,

I was in the kiln today before it came on and notices a small pool of oil in 2 of the fans.  Oils seems to be dripping from the fans.  I assume they are dying?

I run 4 of these fans:

They still seam to run.  Anyone have this issue before?

Those look identical to mine but I haven't seen any oil leak yet. They are probably on the way out.

They have a 2 year warranty and i only had them a year so i plan to get them warrantied.
