MS241C - oiler cover plate?

Howdy folks. I just purchased my new-to-me 241c. yay! I think I'm addicted to buying saws; something tells me I'll fit right in around here

Anywho, I took the clutch cover off and first thing I noticed is that it does not have an oil outlet cover plate like my MS362 saws do. Is it supposed to? The 241 is expending a lot of bar oil, and me thinks it has something to do with not having that plate on there?
See photo. Top is one of my 362's, has the plate.  Bottom is the 241 that doesn't have the plate.


 

If it's supposed to have a plate, does someone have a Stihl part number for it? I could not find it by looking at some quick parts drawings online.

You are correct, it doesn't have a plate, and it isn't intended to have one.
