Finally got that circular mill I've been talking about.Seemed to be about 1/4 mile in the woods trudging through snow. Its not a lane but a chase woodie, with enough of the wood left to copy easily. It spent most of its life cutting pallet wood within walking distance of my house, then 20 years hard time in the woods. The 14' carrage has many headblocks for short pallet logs.Arbor 2 7/16" and setworks look good, the feed looks like somthing they cobbled up  rusted out steel pulleys and V belts.Don't know what I'am going to do with the feedworks may go hydraulic or I have the old rusted feed from a frick mill??Will have to waite until the snow melts to haul everything out, then much work restoring.Frank C. Oh gave alot of thought to babbit&wood vs.steel&ball brgs.If babbit bearings and wood frames were good enough for our fore fathers to mill the old groth forests and build this country, their good enough for this old duffer to dub around in his backyard.
