Stihl Model Number from the Serial Number

I have Stihl chainsaw. On the top it has 034 on the outside of the plastic carburetor enclosure. On the starting rope housing is thas 360.
The serial number is 1149 945 44. What is the model number? From this I can order a carburetor.
